港中醫院提供多種體格檢查套餐，不同人士可因應個別需求選擇合適的體格健康檢查計劃，檢查過程在舒適環境下進行。檢查項目包括體格檢查、血液、小便、大便檢驗、細菌學、血清學、腫瘤指標、運動心電圖、肺量測定、X光及超音波檢查。特別項目由專科醫生進行及作報告，最後，駐院醫生更會細心分析報告內容及解答個別問題，從而協助改善個人健康。

此外，本院亦設入職前體格檢查服務。團體檢驗可獲折扣優惠。

Health Assessment Service

Everyone wishes to have a healthy and fit body. Regular monitoring of one's own health condition helps in early detection of illnesses and diseases, hence, increasing the chance of recovery.

The Hospital provides a range of health assessment packages to suit different needs. All health assessments are performed in a comfortable and pleasant environment. The tests include physical examination, blood biochemistry, urine and stool routine, bacteriology, serology, tumour markers, electrocardiogram, spirometry, x-ray and ultrasound examination. Special examinations are performed and reported by our consultant doctors. Based on the results of the assessment, our resident doctor will explain the details of the findings and give recommendations to help our clients improve their health status and lead a healthy lifestyle.

In addition, pre-employment medical check up is available.
Special discount will be offered for group examination.

Sleep Apnoea Study

睡 眠 窒 息 症 於 近 十 數 年 為 醫 學 界 所 發 現 。 在 香 港 超 過 十 萬 人 受 到 睡 眠 窒 息 症 困 擾 ， 不 幸 的 是 ， 很 多 人 不 知 道 自 己 患 上 這 病 症 ， 以 至 嚴 重 影 響 正 常 工 作 及 身 心 健 康 。

此 病 症 之 徵 狀 是 鼻 鼾 聲 大 ， 早 晨 感 頭 痛 ， 睡 後 亦 覺 疲 倦 ， 常 打 瞌 睡 ， 反 應 緩 慢 ， 記 憶 力 衰 退 。 通 過 睡 眠 記 錄 分 析 儀 ， 醫 生 能 知 道 當 你 熟 睡 時 ， 您 的 生 理 狀 態 如 呼 吸 、 心 跳 、 胸 腹 的 起 伏 、 眼 球 轉 動 、 睡 姿 轉 換 、 肢 體 活 動 、 血 液 含 氧 量 及 腦 電 波 等 資 料 ， 經 分 析 後 ， 便 能 診 斷 您 是 否 了 睡 眠 窒 息 症 。

Obstructive Sleep Apnoea is a condition only became known to medical scientists 15 years ago. In Hong Kong, more than a hundred thousand people are thought to be affected and yet most of them are not aware of this condition which is detrimental to their overall health and well being. Its signs and symptoms include loud snoring, fatique, excessive day-time sleepiness, light sleep, morning headache, memory loss, inability to concentrate and loss of libido. We have recently installed a state-of-the-art sleep diagnostic equipment that will help to diagnose someone who is suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and its related diseases.

Room Charges

附 註 ：

1. 以上收費不包括醫生費及膳食。有關醫生收費，請向主診醫生查詢。
2. 住院期間其他費用如：藥物、手術室、醫療用品、放射診斷及化驗等，將另行收取，並按所入住房間類計算。
3. 特殊情況下，院方可安排陪人留宿，不論是否需要額外床位，均需收取陪宿者費用。
4. 住院費用可以現金、易辦事、支票 (日症除外) 或信用咭繳付。非香港居民，須以現金、易辦事或信用咭繳交按金。
5. 收費如有更改，怒不另行通知。

Remarks:

1. The above charges do not include doctor's fees and meals. You are advised to discuss the doctor's fees with your doctor.
2. Other charges such as medication, operating theatre, medical supplies, diagnostic investigations and laboratory tests will be charged separately and will vary according to the room category.
3. Overnight stay of an accompanying guest is permitted at the discretion of the Hospital. An accompanying guest fee will be charged accordingly, whether or not an extra bed is required.
4. Payment may be made by cash, EPS, cheques (except day cases), or credit cards as listed. A non-Hong Kong resident will be required to pay the deposit by cash, EPS or credit card.
5. Charges are subject to change without prior notice.

Admission Information

住 院 手 續

• 閣 下 之 主 診 醫 生 將 為 您 事 先 安 排 住 院 。 辦 理 入 院 手 續 時 ， 請 備 入 院 信 、 香 港 身 份 証 或 護 照 及 按 金 。

• 年 齡 未 滿 十 八 歲 者 ， 須 由 家 長 或 監 護 人 陪 同 入 院 ， 及 出 示 出 世 紙 或 其 他 證 明 文 件 正 本 。

按 金

• 入 院 時 必 須 繳 付 按 金 。 按 金 可 以 現 金 、 易 辦 事 、 支 票 ( 日 症 及 非 香 港 居 民 除 外 ) 或 本 院 列 明 之 信 用 咭 繳 付 。

• 按 金 數 目 將 於 出 院 賬 單 中 扣 除 。 請 保 留 按 金 收 據 ， 並 於 出 院 結 數 時 交 回 會 計 部 。

房 間 收 費 及 其 他 住 院 費 用

• 房 租 並 不 包 括 醫 生 費 、 膳 食 及 其 他 住 院 費 用 。

• 房 租 截 算 時 間 是 正 午 十 二 時 ， 本 院 不 設 半 天 房 租 收 費 。

• 其 他 住 院 費 用 如 藥 物 、 物 理 治 療 、 放 射 診 斷 、 化 驗 、 手 術 室 、 醫 療 用 品 及 雜 項 等 ， 將 會 依 據 病 人 所 入 住 的 房 間 類 別 收 費 。

• 在 非 辦 公 時 間 或 假 期 內 提 供 醫 療 服 務 ， 本 院 將 收 取 附 加 費 用 。 詳 細 資 料 ， 請 向 有 關 部 門 查 詢 。

• 如 本 院 暫 時 未 能 提 供 病 人 所 要 求 入 住 的 房 間 類 別 ( 24 小 時 前 預 定 )， 病 人 可 暫 時 提 升 入 住 高 一 級 的 房 間 ， 房 租 根 據 臨 時 入 住 的 房 間 計 算 ， 但 其 他 醫 院 費 用 ， 則 根 據 原 本 要 求 入 住 的 房 間 類 別 收 費 。

• 如 病 人 住 院 期 間 要 求 轉 換 病 床 ， 病 人 需 繳 付 轉 房 費 用 。

• 住 院 費 用 並 不 包 括 醫 生 收 費 ， 院 方 只 根 據 醫 生 指 示 替 其 收 取 費 用 。 為 保 障 閣 下 利 益 ， 請 於 入 院 前 與 主 診 醫 生 妥 商 收 費 事 宜 。

醫 生 收 費

• 院 方 依 照 醫 生 指 示 替 其 收 取 費 用 。 請 於 入 院 前 向 主 診 醫 生 查 詢 有 關 的 收 費 。

繳 付 費 用 辦 法

• 住 院 每 三 天 ， 或 當 費 用 達 港 幣 三 萬 元 以 上 ， 或 進 行 手 術 後 二 十 四 小 時 ， 本 院 將 發 出 中 期 收 費 單 ， 請 於 二 十 四 小 時 內 清 付 。

• 閣 下 可 以 現 金 、 易 辦 事 、 支 票 ( 日 症 除 外 ) 或 本 院 列 明 之 信 用 咭 繳 付 住 院 費 用 。

• 請 注 意 一 般 出 院 程 序 約 需 一 小 時 方 可 完 成 ， 期 間 需 要 安 排 結 算 ， 調 配 出 院 藥 物 及 填 妥 病 歷 文 件 等 事 宜 。

• 病 人 如 欲 在 會 計 部 辦 公 時 間 外 出 院 ， 請 早 一 天 通 知 並 於 會 計 部 辦 公 時 間 內 預 先 辦 妥 出 院 結 算 手 續 。

電 話 服 務

• 接 駁 街 線 ， 請 先 按 '9' 字 。 與 接 線 員 聯 絡 ， 請 按 '0' 字 。 護 理 服 務 ， 請 按 護 士 室 內 線 。

• 國 際 電 話 服 務 ， 請 與 病 室 職 員 聯 絡 。

其 他

• 閣 下 須 帶 備 睡 衣 ， 拖 鞋 及 梳 洗 用 具 。 請 勿 帶 貴 重 物 品 入 院 ， 本 院 恕 不 負 責 任 何 遺 失 或 損 毀 的 責 任 。

• 探 病 時 間 由 上 午 八 時 至 下 午 八 時 。 特 殊 情 況 下 ， 當 值 護 士 可 暫 停 訪 客 探 病 。

• 本 院 範 圍 內 ， 請 勿 吸 煙 。

• 在 特 別 護 理 病 房 內 ， 不 得 使 用 手 提 電 話 。

• 特 殊 情 況 下 ， 院 方 可 安 排 陪 人 留 宿 ， 不 論 是 否 需 要 額 外 床 位 ， 均 需 收 取 陪 宿 者 費 用 。

• 本 院 有 權 在 必 要 時 調 遷 病 人 床 位 或 房 間 。

• 本 院 不 設 訪 客 車 位 。

• 院 方 規 定 員 工 不 得 索 取 小 賬 或 禮 物 。

• 為 促 進 及 提 高 本 院 之 服 務 質 素 ， 本 院 設 有 意 見 箱 ， 歡 迎 閣 下 提 供 寶 貴 意 見 。

• 如 有 其 他 需 要 ， 本 院 職 員 樂 意 為 閣 下 提 供 協 助 。

Bed Booking

• Your doctor will arrange for your admission. Please bring an admission letter, ID card or passport and the required deposit with you.

• For patient under the age of 18, the parents or legal guardian should bring along the original copy of the Birth Certificate or other valid document certifying their relationship for admission to the Hospital.

Deposit

• On admission, a deposit will be collected according to the issued schedule and it can be paid by cash, EPS, cheques (except for day cases and non-Hong Kong residents) or credit cards as listed.

• The deposit paid will be deducted from the final hospital bill. The deposit receipt should be presented to the Accounts Office at discharge.

Room Rates and Other Hospital Charges

• The daily room charge does not include doctor fees, meals and other hospital charges.

• The check out time is 12 noon. There is no half-day room charge.

• Other hospital charges such as medication, operating theatre, medical supplies, diagnostic investigations and laboratory tests will vary according to the room category.

• Surcharges will be levied if services are required outside normal office hours or on holidays. Please contact individual department for more information.

• If the requested category of bed is not available on admission (cases booked 24 hours in advance), the patient will be temporarily upgraded until the requested class is available. The room rate will be charged as the upgraded class while all other charges will be calculated as the requested class.

• A transfer fee will be charged for each bed transfer requested by patient.

Doctor Charges

• Doctor charges are independent from that of the hospital. The Hospital collects the doctors' fees on their behalf. For your best interest, please discuss the charges with your doctor prior to admission.

Billing

• The account should be settled:

  1. every 3 days, or

  2. when the outstanding balance exceeds HK$30,000 at any one time, or

  3. 24 hours after surgery had been performed and afterwards every 3 days.

  Payment should be made within 24 hours upon presentation of interim bill(s).

• Payment may be made by cash, EPS, cheques (except for day cases) or credit cards as listed.

• Please kindly note that at least an hour is required for the processing of discharge billing, arrangement of discharge medicine and completion of documentation.

• For patients expecting to be discharged outside normal office hours of the Accounts Department, please make prior payment arrangement with the Department during office hours on the day or the day before intended departure.

Telephone Service

• Dial '9' for outside line.

• Dial '0' for the operator.

• Dial nurses station for nursing service.

• Contact nursing staff for long distance call.

Miscellaneous

• You are advised to bring your own pyjamas, slippers, toiletries etc. to the Hospital. Please leave your valuables at home. The Hospital is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

• Normal visiting hours is from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Visiting privileges are at the discretion of the Nurse-in-charge.

• Smoking is prohibited in the premises.

• No mobile phones are allowed in the Special Care Unit.

• Under special circumstances, we can accommodate relatives or companions. An accompanying guest fee will be charged accordingly, whether or not an extra bed is required.

• The Hospital reserves the right to make changes of bed for patients when necessary.

• All staff are not permitted to accept tips or gratuities.

• Visitor car park is not available.

• To enable us to continuously improve our service, a suggestion box is available on each floor for comments and suggestions.
